Urban Company lists with 56% premium on the BSE
Urban Company has debuted at Rs 161.00 on the BSE, up by 58 points or 56.31% from its issue price of Rs 103.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 172.00, up by 69 points or 66.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 103 on the BSE.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 179.00 and Rs. 161.00 respectively. So far 89.51 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between September 10, 2025 and September 12, 2025 was subscribed 108.98 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 103 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 98-103 apiece.
