UHM Vacation has entered into a DMC Extranet B2B Agreement with ITRIP LLC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agreement has been entered into for cooperation in providing hotel accommodation and related travel services, wherein the Company, acting as a Destination Management Company (DMC), will provide hotel accommodation and related travel services for resale by ITRIP LLC through its B2B/B2C channels. The arrangement also provides for the sharing of inventory, real-time availability and bookable rates through the Extranet platform.
The agreement provides, inter alia, for rates to be provided in USD on a net and non-commissionable basis, applicable payment terms, booking and cancellation procedures, operational responsibilities and other terms governing the business relationship between the parties. The agreement shall remain valid for a period of one year from the effective date and shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
