Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha offered prayers to Maa Durga at the Royal Durga Bari on the occasion of ‘Maha Navami’ in Tripura’s Agartala on October 23. ‘Maha Navami’ is one of the most auspicious days of Navratri festival. It marks the victory of Goddess Durga over 'Mahishasur', the demon.
