Titan trade higher on planning to add 10 new international brands in next 12-18 months under Helios

Titan Company is currently trading at Rs. 3771.30, up by 3.65 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 3767.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3767.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3780.00 and Rs. 3764.65 respectively. So far 3269 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3885.00 on 30-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3059.00 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3799.95 and Rs. 3656.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 334486.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.07% and 18.03% respectively.

Titan Company is planning to add 10 new international brands in the next 12-18 months under Helios, its premium and luxury watch retail format. Besides, the company will continue to add 50 more stores in the current fiscal year under the 'Helios' format, which contributes around 10 per cent of its overall business. Titan retails 45 brands from Helios stores ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 1,00,000 from leading brands, including Tommy Hilfiger, Tissot, Swarovski, Fossil, and Frederique Constant.
