Titan Company shines on reporting 63% jump in Q1 consolidated net profit

Titan Company is currently trading at Rs. 5,063.30, up by 120.30 points or 2.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 4,943.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4,977.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5,121.30 and Rs. 4,890.60 respectively. So far 169945 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5,121.30 on 10-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3,307.35 on 26-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5,121.30 and Rs. 4,851.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4,50,502.65 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.71% and 16.39% respectively.

Titan Company has reported 64.95% jump in its net profit at Rs 1,699 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1,030 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 24.34% at Rs 18,242 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 14,671 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 62.88% jump in its net profit at Rs 1,777 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 1,091 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 29.31% at Rs 21,502 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 16,628 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
