Ambuja Cements:

The company partnered with Finland’s Coolbrook to implementRotoDynamic Heater™ technology, reducing fossil fuel use and carbonemissions in cement manufacturing.

Coal India:

The company signed a non-binding MoU with BPCL to explore a coal-tosynthetic natural gas project via surface coal gasification at WCL.

Gateway Distriparks:

The company launched a new container train service to Kandla Port,connecting ICDs in Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, andKashipur.

Indoco Remedies:

The company partnered with Clarity Pharma, UK, to launch 20 products in18 months, continuing existing B2B supplies to clients.

Ola Electric:

The company plans a four-fold expansion of its store network to 4,000 byDec 2024, creating India’s largest EV distribution network.

Orient Green Power:

The company approved expanding its Tamil Nadu solar project to 25 MWAC and changed the EPC contractor to Natrinai Ventures.

PFC:

The company incorporated an SPV via PFCCL for transmission systemstrengthening at Kurnool-III PS, to be transferred post bidding process.

Pricol:

The company approved acquiring Sundaram Auto's plastic componentdivision, Rs.120 crore investment in Pricol Precision, Rs.250 crore guarantee,and 26% stake in PQSI Digital.

Protean eGov Technologies:

The company received a Rs.161 crore work order from CERSAI to act as SystemIntegrator for the Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR 2.0) project.

SpiceJet:

The company secured rights to operate Haj flights from four cities, carrying15,500 pilgrims in 2025, generating Rs.185 crore.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy:

The company received an order for a 305 MW AC / 396 MWp DC PV plant inRajasthan, valued at Rs.504 crore.

Tech Mahindra:

The company approved the merger of wholly-owned subsidiaries TM Bornand Allyis Technology Solutions in Costa Rica for operational costoptimization.

Waaree Energies:

The company secured domestic orders for 524 MWp solar PV modules fromrenewable energy developers, with supply set for FY 2024-26.
