The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 30 points lower at 24,677 on Friday.

Bharat Forge:

The company passed a special resolution via postal ballot, approving the issuance of securities up to Rs.2,000 crore.

Delta Corp:

The company approved a revised scheme for demerger of Dhargal Project into Deltin Hotels & Resorts and amalgamation of Deltin Cruises with Delta Corp.

Edelweiss Financial Services:

The company’s subsidiary, EAAA India Alternatives, filed a draft prospectus for an IPO, including an OFS worth Rs.1,500 crore.

IKIO Lighting:

The company’s subsidiary, Royalux LLC, entered an MOU with Metco Engineering Inc. for energy-saving products, expected business of $8 million in 6 months.

ITCONS E-Solutions:

The company signed a Master Service Agreement with Wal-Mart India (Flipkart) to provide One Time Placement Services across India, with resource requirements based on the client's needs.

Kalpataru Projects International:

The company secured new orders worth Rs.2,174 crores, including an elevated metro rail project, T&D orders in India and abroad, and a residential building project in India.

Kernex Microsystems:

The company received an order worth Rs.2,041.40 crore from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 2,500 sets of On-board KAVACH equipment.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works:

The company received a Rs.96.24 crore work order from V.O. Chidambaranar Port for the supply, operation, and maintenance of a 60T ASD Tug for seven years.

Larsen & Toubro:

The company received a favorable order from the Central Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad, setting aside a Rs.702 crore customs duty demand.

Maruti Suzuki India:

The company plans to increase car prices by up to 4% from January 2025 due to rising input costs and operational expenses.

One97 Communications:

The company’s subsidiary, Paytm Singapore, approved selling Stock Acquisition Rights in PayPay Japan, pending corporate and regulatory approvals.

Samvardhana Motherson International:

The company approved an acquisition of 95% shares in Atsumitec Co., Ltd., a Japanese manufacturer of precision machined components, with a turnover of ~Rs.2,850 crore for FY 2023-24.

Wipro:

The company, with SIAM.AI and NVIDIA AI, developed 'Sukjai,' an AI assistant for Thailand Tourism Authority, offering personalized traveler support.
