Atul Auto:

The company reported a Q1 standalone net profit of INR 4.5 crore, compared to a loss of INR 8 crore YoY and INR 6.2 crore QoQ. Q1 revenue stood at INR 130 crore, up from INR 50.4 crore YoY. Q1 EBITDA gain was INR 8.8 crore, versus a loss of INR 6.8 crore YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 6.95%.

CIE Automotive India:

The company will subscribe to a 31.2% stake in Renew Green (MHK Two) with an investment of up to INR 3.6 crore.

Fortis Healthcare:

The company entered into a shareholders' agreement with private equity investors in Agilus. The PE investors exercised their put option for an 8.05% and a 7.61% stake in Agilus.

Grasim:

The company announced the acquisition of a 26% stake in Ampin Energy C&I Three for INR 1.2 crore and a 26% stake in Ampin Energy C&I One for INR 1.26 crore.

Jubilant FoodWorks:

The company reported a Q1 standalone net profit of INR 51.51 crore, down 31.5% YoY and up 101% QoQ. Q1 revenue was INR 1,440 crore, up 10% YoY and 8.3% QoQ. Q1 EBITDA was INR 278 crore, up 0.7% YoY. Q1 EBITDA margin stood at 19.32%, down from 21.1% YoY.

Mazagon Dock:

The company received an order worth INR 4,680 crore from ONGC.

ONGC:

The Government of India approved the infusion of additional capital of up to INR 10,501 crore into ONGC Petro Additions.

Shakti Pumps:

The company won an order worth INR 8.5 crore.

Tata Chemicals:

The company approved an NCD issue of INR 1,700 crore.

VA Tech Wabag:

The company secured a repeat order worth INR 415 crore for a 7-year operation and maintenance contract of the 110 MLD SWRO Nemmeli Desalination Plant, Chennai.
