The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 135 points lower at 24,205 on Thursday.

Adani Power:

The company entered into a 25-year Power Supply Agreement for 1,496 MW (net) capacity.

Dabur India:

The company signed an implementation agreement to merge Sesa Care with Dabur, acquiring 51% of its preference shares and extending a corporate guarantee for loans. 

G E Shipping:

The company contracted to sell its 2005-built tanker “Jag Padma” with delivery to a third party by Q3 FY25.

G R Infraprojects:

The company signed an EPC agreement for a 9.3 km section of Pune Ring Road in Maharashtra.

IIFL Finance:

The company approved a public issue of secured, redeemable NCDs with a shelf limit of Rs.2,500 crore, subject to regulatory approvals.

Shilpa Medicare:

The company completed a USFDA inspection with four procedural observations, planning to respond within the required timeframe.

Tata Power:

The company’s board approved investment for a 1,000 MW pumped storage hydro project in Bhivpuri.

Wipro:

The company announced a collaboration with Microsoft and SAP to accelerate RISE with SAP migrations on Microsoft Cloud at near-zero migration cost through financial incentives. 

Yatharth Hospitals:

The company acquired a 60% stake in a 400-bed hospital in Faridabad, investing Rs.91.2 crore, with plans to further invest Rs.100 crore in advanced medical equipment.

Zaggle Prepaid:

The company partnered with TBO to integrate travel and related service solutions.
