Texmaco Rail & Engineering soars on bagging order worth Rs 187.41 crore

Texmaco Rail & Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 234.10, up by 5.00 points or 2.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 229.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 236.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.65 and Rs. 233.50 respectively. So far 98161 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 296.60 on 12-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 141.85 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 239.65 and Rs. 221.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9541.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.58% and 35.29% respectively.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has received an order for construction of 09 No.132KV transmission lines on turnkey basis (Total RL: 291 km approximately) valuing Rs 187.41 crore approximately from Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission, a Government of Chhattisgarh Undertaking, vide its letter of acceptance dated December 16, 2024 to be executed over a period of 15 months.
