Telge Projects soars as its arm signs SPA to acquire 100% stake in Wheaton Detailing Services

Telge Projects is currently trading at Rs. 194.95, up by 6.05 points or 3.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 188.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 197.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 197.95 and Rs. 194.95 respectively. So far 14400 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'MT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 198.00 on 01-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 77.05 on 17-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 198.00 and Rs. 182.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 184.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.22% and 18.62% respectively.

Telge Projects’ material subsidiary -- Telge Global Inc. has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding ordinary share capital of Wheaton Detailing Services, Inc. (WDS, Inc), a U.S.-based company engaged in structural steel detailing and steel design services.

The acquisition marks Telge Projects’ strategic entry into the industrial, petrochemical and commercial structural steel markets in the U.S., further expanding the company’s addressable market beyond its existing capabilities. WDS Inc. established presence and domain expertise in these sectors will enable Telge Projects to access new customer segments and participate in a broader range of structural engineering and steel detailing projects.

With an expanded client base in the U.S. and complementary capabilities in structural steel detailing and design, the acquisition provides an opportunity to deepen customer relationships, broaden the group’s service offering and leverage cross-selling opportunities across the combined platform. Following completion of the transaction, WDS Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Telge Global Inc. and a step-down subsidiary of Telge Projects.
