The acquisition of Meyonex is expected to deliver significant synergies, providing an immediate growth runway that enables the company to scale its revenue baseline and leverage operational efficiencies. To finance this well-capitalized roadmap, the management has initiated plans for strategic fund-raising through permissible equity or convertible instruments, ensuring capital discipline while backing accretive growth.
The company is positioning itself to benefit from sustained sector tailwinds, including support for domestic manufacturing, global supply-chain diversification (China+1 strategies), and escalating demand for specialized generic formulations. By pivoting decisively into contract manufacturing and scalable pharma assets, the company’s management aims to build a resilient platform designed to unlock substantial long-term value.
Additionally, the company is aggressively expanding into several high-growth segments, including Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) & Bulk Drugs, Finished Dosage Forms & Formulations, CDMO & CRAMS Services and Nutraceuticals & Biotechnology.
