Tata Capital lists with 1% premium on the BSE

Tata Capital has debuted at Rs 330.00 on the BSE, up by 4 points or 1.23% from its issue price of Rs 326.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 326.55, up by 0.55 points or 0.17% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 332.00 and Rs. 326.15 respectively. So far 50.51 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between October 6, 2025 and October 8, 2025 was subscribed 1.96 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 326.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 310-326 apiece.
Tata Capital (TCL), a subsidiary of Tata Sons, is operating as an NBFC in India. The firm offers consumer loans, wealth management, commercial finance, and infrastructure finance, among others.
