TARC soars as its arm obtain registration certificate for project 'TARC Trigun' in New Delhi

TARC is currently trading at Rs. 190.60, up by 7.85 points or 4.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 182.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 185.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 190.85 and Rs. 185.30 respectively. So far 3891 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 275.50 on 07-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 103.45 on 17-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 196.15 and Rs. 177.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5534.53 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.74% and 27.14% respectively.
TARC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Fabulous Builders has obtained Registration Certificate for the project 'TARC Trigun' located at Chattarpur, New Delhi for the Development of High-Rise Luxury Residential Service Apartments from Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), NCT of Delhi on July 28, 2025.
