Tarc gains on planning to raise funds via NCDs

Tarc is currently trading at Rs. 88.67, up by 0.14 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 88.53 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 88.52 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 89.07 and Rs. 87.95 respectively. So far 6281 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 98.99 on 24-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.40 on 27-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 94.78 and Rs. 83.42 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2611.31 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.51% and 32.53% respectively.

Tarc is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, the terms of the issue and other related matters. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled September 19, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the same.
