Syrma SGS Technology moves up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Syrma SGS Technology is currently trading at Rs. 555.00, up by 18.95 points or 3.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 536.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 538.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 555.00 and Rs. 534.00 respectively. So far 22456 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 646.50 on 06-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 355.05 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 555.00 and Rs. 518.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9828.09 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.92% and 39.55% respectively.
Syrma SGS Technology has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely -- Syrma Elecomp on May 24, 2025 and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a certificate of incorporation for the same. The WOS shall carry out the business of electronics design, assembly and manufacturing of other components for electronic applications.
