Suzlon energy rises on winning 200 MW wind energy order

Suzlon Energy is currently trading at Rs. 45.53, up by 0.01 points or 0.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 45.52 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.52 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.74 and Rs. 45.27 respectively. So far 522215 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 61.45 on 06-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 38.17 on 09-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.40 and Rs. 44.86 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 62693.85 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 11.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.25% and 53.04% respectively.

Suzlon energy has secured a maiden 200 MW wind energy order from Ayana Renewable Power. This marks the company’s third DevCo -led wind order across two states - Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. With this order, the company's flagship 3.x MW platform, S144, has also crossed the 10 GW milestone.

As part of the project, the company will install 64 of its flagship S144 wind turbines, each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. The company will execute the project through its comprehensive EPC offering, covering turbine supply, land acquisition, balance of plant (BoP), pooling substation (PSS), extra high voltage (EHV) line, commissioning, and operations & maintenance services. The project will be executed in Limbawas, Madhya Pradesh, and the power generated will be connected to the MPPCL state grid.
