Suraj Estate Developers rises on launching `Suraj Park View 1`
Suraj Estate Developers is currently trading at Rs. 296.45, up by 0.70 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 295.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 301.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 308.85 and Rs. 295.05 respectively. So far 11361 shares were traded on the counter.

Suraj Estate Developers has launched -- Suraj Park View 1, an upscale residential tower under the value luxury segment, strategically located at Shivaji Park, Dadar (West). The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 250 crore and a saleable carpet area of around 0.53 lakh square feet.
