STL Networks touches roof on getting nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary
STL Networks is currently locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 36.54, up by 1.74 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 34.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 36.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 36.54 and Rs. 35.58 respectively. So far 258191 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.54 on 11-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.75 on 30-Mar-2026.

STL Networks has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), to establish, acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre & telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity services; obtain and maintain all requisite licences, approvals and authorisations from the Department of Telecommunications and other regulatory authorities; and carry on the business of providing integrated data centre and connectivity solutions, including all incidental and ancillary activities, with a focus on operational flexibility, scalability and growth in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector.
