Sterling and Wilson Renewable gains as International Conveyors acquires equity shares in the company

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is currently trading at Rs. 256.80, up by 4.10 points or 1.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 252.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 250.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 257.45 and Rs. 245.00 respectively. So far 291040 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 828.00 on 21-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 245.00 on 28-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 276.90 and Rs. 245.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5993.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.22% and 34.05% respectively.

International Conveyors has acquired 138856 equity shares of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy for investment purpose. The cost of acquisition is Rs 3.49 crore. 

Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy is end-to end solar EPC solutions provider from Concept to Commissioning with an asset-light business model.
