Star Housing Finance climbs on crossing Rs 500 crore AUM

Star Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 49.00, up by 1.67 points or 3.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.33 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 47.33 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 52.20 and Rs. 47.20 respectively. So far 317554 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 82.50 on 22-Nov-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 34.10 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 52.20 and Rs. 46.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 386.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.61%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.24% and 79.16% respectively.

Star Housing Finance (Star HFL) has crossed Rs 500 crore AUM. The company primarily operates in tier II and tier III towns, as well as semi-urban areas and has served more than 5000 families, with a focus on the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) / Low Income Group (LIG) segment.

This represents a significant milestone for the Company, aligning with the stated growth objectives. Star HFL has achieved this through its 30+ operational branches and staff of 250+ employees working across geographies and business functions.
