SPML Infra soars on securing project worth Rs 207.38 crore

SPML Infra is currently trading at Rs. 203.00, up by 15.85 points or 8.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 187.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 195.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 204.80 and Rs. 194.25 respectively. So far 178 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 321.70 on 01-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 137.00 on 18-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 205.35 and Rs. 182.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1412.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 35.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.33% and 49.55% respectively.

SPML Infra, in joint venture (JV) with Shree Hari Infraprojects, has secured a project worth Rs 207.38 crore (inclusive of GST) from Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The project under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) is part of Nonera Water Supply Project, aims to significantly strengthen water supply infrastructure across Kota & Bundi region in Rajasthan. It involves executing comprehensive construction and operation works, including 10 years of operations & maintenance (O&M).

The Jal Jeevan Mission project aims to upgrade water supply infrastructure and ensure safe, reliable drinking water across Kota and Bundi (Package-1). The scope includes the execution, testing, and commissioning of 3 intake wells, 3 water treatment plants with a combined 118 MLD capacity, 3 clear water reservoirs totalling 16.1 million litres, 52.6 km of pipelines from 600-1300 mm diameter with PLC and SCADA systems. The project will provide functional household tap connections for clean drinking water facility to over 1.03 million population.
