Solarium Green Energy is currently trading at Rs 248.00, up by 20.85 points or 9.18% from its previous closing of Rs 227.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 236.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 248.00 and Rs 234.85 respectively. So far 37200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 285.50 on 03-Mar-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 202.00 on 13-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 258.00 and Rs 226.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 492.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.79%, while public holding stands at 42.21%.

Solarium Green Energy has entered into two Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Citizen Solar and with Navitas Solar, both are amongst prominent suppliers of solar panels.

As per the terms of the MoUs, Citizen Solar will supply a total of 53.70 Megawatts of solar panels during the period from March 2025 to September 2025. Concurrently, Navitas Solar will supply an additional 24.70 Megawatts of solar PV modules by the end of December 2025. Cumulatively, these agreements will ensure the supply of 78.40 Megawatts of solar panels to Solarium Green Energy.

These MoUs represent a critical step in ensuring the timely availability of solar panels for the ongoing orders, as well as those for which the Letter of Award (LoA) has been received but execution has not yet commenced. This partnership will enable company to efficiently execute its projects and uphold its commitment to delivering high-quality solar energy solutions to company’s customers within the expected timelines.
