The scrip opened at Rs. 463.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 470.00 and Rs. 454.00 respectively. So far 1274 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 618.30 on 04-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 361.45 on 30-Mar-2026.

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has expanded its engagement with L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a global leader in AI, Digital & ER&D Consulting Services, through the addition of over 1,100 seats in Pune. With this expansion, LTTS's managed office portfolio with the company has grown to over 2,750 seats across cities, reflecting the continued growth of a long-standing, multi-city enterprise engagement.
The combined expected rental revenue from these locations is estimated at around Rs 115 crore, which includes the Pune expansion of around Rs 55 crore for a tenure of 60 months.
This expansion is consistent with the company’s strong positioning in the large-format enterprise segment. Notably, clients with more than 1,000 seats contribute around 37% of the company’s total rental revenue. This engagement further reinforces the company’s leadership in this segment, where enterprise clients contribute around 90% of total revenue, reflecting the company's position as the platform of choice for large organisations seeking managed, scalable workspace solutions.
