SJS Enterprises soars on signing MoU with BOE Varitronix

SJS Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1487.00, up by 50.10 points or 3.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 1436.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1467.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1500.00 and Rs. 1467.90 respectively. So far 10520 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1500.00 on 17-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 809.50 on 17-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1500.00 and Rs. 1378.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4669.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 21.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.25% and 33.15% respectively.

SJS Enterprises (SJS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BOE Varitronix (BOEVX), Hong Kong, to collaborate for manufacture of Automotive Displays in India. The MoU envisages transfer of technology by BOEVX to SJS for setting up assembly and optical bonding of display screens, including localization of cover glass and backlight units for the Four-wheeler automotive market in India. 

Subject to successful feasibility study and grant of necessary approvals, the arrangement may be formalized through a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or a Joint Venture between both parties. The MoU provides for mutual exclusivity for both parties and is valid for a period of 6 months. The MOU term may be extended by mutual agreement.
