Siemens ekes out gains on reporting 27% rise in consolidated net profit for June quarter

Siemens is currently trading at Rs. 6893.70, up by 10.85 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 6882.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 6780.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7045.00 and Rs. 6760.65 respectively. So far 17135 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 7974.25 on 11-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3248.00 on 31-Oct-2023.

Siemens has reported 25.23% rise in its net profit of Rs 530.60 crore for third quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to net profit of Rs 423.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.93% at Rs 4918.20 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 4599.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 26.83% rise in its net profit at Rs 578.10 crore for third quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 455.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.09% at Rs 5360.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 5005.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
