Shriram Properties is currently trading at Rs 94.97, up by 1.01 points or 1.07% from its previous closing of Rs 93.96 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 93.21 and has touched a high and low of Rs 96.00 and Rs 93.21 respectively. So far 24119 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 119.90 on 11-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 63.13 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 95.39 and Rs 87.97 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1626.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.51% and 67.59% respectively.

Shriram Properties has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for around 5 acres of land parcel in Bannerghatta Road, South Bengaluru. The Company plans to develop an exclusive villament community with an estimated GDV potential of over Rs 350 crore.
