SBI Funds Management announces change in Board of Directors & Key Personnel
SBI Funds Management has announced change in the Board of Directors & Key Personnel. Shamsher Singh has resigned as Managing Director & CEO of SBI Funds Management at the close of business hours of November 22, 2024, consequent to his repatriation to State Bank of India. Accordingly, Singh ceases to be the key personnel of SBI Funds Management and all references relating to Singh stands deleted from Statement of Additional Information of SBI Mutual Fund.
Besides, Nand Kishore has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO and Key Personnel of SBI Funds Management (based at Corporate Office) with effect from November 23, 2024.
All other terms and conditions of Statement of Additional Information remain unchanged.
