Samvardhana Motherson International is currently trading at Rs. 161.90, up by 7.90 points or 5.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 154.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 155.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 163.70 and Rs. 155.20 respectively. So far 435421 shares were traded on the counter.

(SMAST BV) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Motherson Aerospace Group Holdings Company B.V. (MAS Holding B.V.), on August 05, 2026, under the laws of Netherlands. The newly incorporated entity belongs to Aerospace and Advance Systems industry.

MAS Holding B.V. will be engaged in the development, manufacture, maintenance, testing, distribution and trading of products, systems and technologies in the aerospace, defence and security sectors and also holding assets / investments of Aerospace Vertical.
