Saboo Sodium Chloro zooms on commissioning 75 kW solar power system at Samskara Resort Jaipur

Saboo Sodium Chloro is currently trading at Rs. 19.13, up by 1.09 points or 6.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.04 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 18.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 19.45 and Rs. 17.49 respectively. So far 47611 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 34.72 on 16-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.47 on 05-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 20.60 and Rs. 17.49 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 79.75 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.08% and 52.52% respectively.
Saboo Sodium Chloro has commissioned 75 kW solar power system at its flagship 5-star property, Samskara Resort & Spa, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The newly installed 75 kW solar power system is expected to significantly reduce the resort's reliance on conventional energy sources. The system is projected to generate substantial annual energy cost savings, contributing to both environmental sustainability and financial prudence.
Earlier on December 10, 2024, the company had signed two landmark Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth Rs 485 crore with the Government of Rajasthan at ‘Rising Rajasthan 2024’ for the development of greenfield resorts namely Samskara Resort in Udaipur (Girwa), Rajasthan and Samskara Resort in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
