Saatvik Green Energy shines on bagging order worth Rs 1,041.63 crore from SECI

Saatvik Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 414.95, up by 25.30 points or 6.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 389.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 420.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 428.60 and Rs. 407.00 respectively. So far 48900 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 580.00 on 15-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 329.70 on 09-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 428.60 and Rs. 384.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5185.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.16% and 12.84% respectively.

Saatvik Green Energy has been awarded and has accepted an order from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the supply of Solar PV Modules, with an aggregate order value of Rs 1,041.63 crore. The order will be executed by December 2027.

Earlier, the company’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries had secured an order aggregating to Rs 297.5 crore from two renowned Independent Power producers/EPC Players.
