RR Kabel rises on commencing commercial production at new manufacturing unit in Silvassa
RR Kabel is currently trading at Rs. 2424.70, up by 45.20 points or 1.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 2379.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2390.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2,428.60 and Rs. 2340.50 respectively. So far 6567 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2980.00 on 24-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1180.50 on 29-Sep-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2477.15 and Rs. 2,340.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26659.53 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.54% and 16.07% respectively.
RR Kabel has successfully commenced commercial production at its newly established manufacturing unit (Unit 3) for Wires and Cables located at Village Karad, Silvassa, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India, with effect from September 15, 2026. This new unit is located close to the company’s existing units in Silvassa.
The new facility has a total planned capacity of 18,000 MT per annum. The commercial production has commenced with the current operational capacity of 12,000 MT per annum, and the total capacity of 18,000 MT per annum is expected to be ready by December 2026.
