Relic Technologies has approved the proposal to acquire an equity stake of 69.50% in Truhealthy Wellness (TWPL). It is proposed to acquire 6,950 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each equivalent to 69.50% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of TWPL. Post-acquisition Truhealthy Wellness would become a subsidiary of the Company with 69.50% shares held by the Company. The company is intending to expand the scope of its business and tap new market opportunities.
