Reliance Industries soars despite its consolidated net profit declines 13% in Q4FY26
Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1356.10, up by 28.45 points or 2.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 1327.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1326.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1358.20 and Rs. 1312.00 respectively. So far 796859 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1611.20 on 05-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1288.00 on 25-Apr-2025.

Reliance Industries has reported 33.83% fall as its net profit at Rs 7,422 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 11,217 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.66% at Rs 1,49,742 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1,41,724 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 12.55% fall in its net profit at Rs 16,971 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 19,407 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 12.46% at Rs 3,03,068 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 2,69,478 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 24.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 43,851 crore as compared to Rs 35,262 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.20% at Rs 5,47,779 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,48,886 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
