Regency Fincorp moves up on raising Rs 60 crore through NCDs

The scrip opened at Rs. 46.19 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 46.19 and Rs. 45.01 respectively. So far 13785 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.00 on 21-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.71 on 02-Apr-2026.

Regency Fincorp has raised Rs 60 crore through allotment of listed, secured, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on August 19, 2026, has allotted the same. The Committee has allotted 60,000 NCDs having a face value of Rs 10,000 each to identified investors. The NCDs have a tenor of 15 months and carry a coupon rate of 13.50% per annum.
