Below the RBI announcement on FPI access to Government Bond by Marzban Irani, CIO of Fixed Income at LIC MF
"For the 14-year and 30-year papers, there was news that these 2 papers might be removed from the FAR Securities. However, it has been clarified that this action will be taken only on newspapers, and existing papers will continue to be a part of FAR securities.
In fact, today morning, when the market opened 14-year and the long paper has rallied, this is on expectations that there will be demand in these papers."
