Rays Of Belief is currently trading at Rs. 227.00, up by 7.00 points or 3.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 220.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 223.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 229.90 and Rs. 223.85 respectively. So far 1364 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 239.00 on 08-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 209.40 on 11-Sep-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 230.00 and Rs. 212.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 474.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.58% and 11.65% respectively.

Rays of Belief has completed the 100% acquisition of City Pro Group Inc. (CPG) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mom’s Belief US Inc. CPG has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Rays of Belief, effective September 18, 2026.

The acquisition strengthens Mom’s Belief’s presence in the U.S. pediatric developmental care market and brings together two established revenue-generating platforms, significantly enhancing the Group’s scale and positioning it for a meaningful increase in consolidated revenue as the businesses are integrated.

The acquisition is also designed to create a two-way exchange of clinical and operational capabilities between CPG in New York and Mom’s Belief’s 136-centre network in India.
