Ravindra Energy surges on the BSE

Ravindra Energy is currently trading at Rs. 154.35, up by 3.45 points or 2.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 154.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.95 and Rs. 148.95 respectively. So far 23327 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 166.95 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 60.30 on 28-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 155.40 and Rs. 143.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2731.88 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.57% and 30.65% respectively.
Ravindra Energy has divested entire 79% stake in Hirehalli Solar Power Project LLP. The said LLP is not material subsidiary and this divestment transaction not required shareholder approval as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, by this transaction the said LLP ceased to be subsidiary of the company. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 10.25 crore.
