Ramky Infrastructure surges as its arm inks concession pact with HMWSSB

Ramky Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 606.60, up by 19.85 points or 3.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 586.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 626.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 636.00 and Rs. 601.90 respectively. So far 62706 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 725.10 on 23-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 374.40 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 636.00 and Rs. 569.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4197.54 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.18% and 28.01% respectively.
Ramky Infrastructure’s subsidiary -- Mallannasagr Water Supply has signed a concession agreement with Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB). The project is for the execution of ‘HMWSB - Godavari Drinking Water Supply Scheme - Phase-II & Phase-III - Filling of Osmansagar & Himayathsagar Reservoirs with Godavari Water for Rejuvenation of Musi River, under Hybrid Annuity Mode of Contract - Including Manning, Operation and Maintenance of Project - Package II’.
Total value of the project is Rs 2,085 crore. The project includes construction within 2 years and manning, operation and maintenance (MoM) for a period of 10 years from completion of construction, under Hybrid Annuity Model.
