Railtel Corporation surges on bagging work order worth Rs 140.71 crore
Railtel Corporation of India is currently trading at Rs. 334.35, up by 6.45 points or 1.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 327.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 331.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 338.00 and Rs. 331.55 respectively. So far 72899 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 478.80 on 10-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 265.30 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 354.00 and Rs. 324.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10650.34 crore.

Railtel Corporation of India has secured work order worth around Rs 140.71 crore. The company has received this order from Ministry of Defence. The said order is to be executed by January 30, 2031.
Earlier, the company had received the work order worth Rs 12.28 crore from Director IT, Government of Tripura for the supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of internet connectivity in the schools under the Government of Tripura.
