Rail Vikas Nigam moves up on emerging as lowest bidder for North Eastern Railway project
Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 317.00, up by 2.95 points or 0.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 314.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 316.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 317.95 and Rs. 314.35 respectively. So far 191701 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 501.55 on 01-Feb-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 295.25 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 335.75 and Rs. 313.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 66022.16 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.07% and 16.09% respectively.
Rail Vikas Nigam has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from North Eastern Railway for Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of OHE modification and feeder wire work of 2x25 kV traction system for capacity upgradation of UTR-MWP section (184 RKM/368 TKM) in Lucknow division of Northern Railway. Cost of work is Rs 180.78 crore including applicable taxes. The said order is expected to be completed in 24 months.
