Rail Vikas Nigam moves higher on inking MoU with Patel Engineering

Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 587.15, up by 7.80 points or 1.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 579.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 583.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 588.70 and Rs. 580.90 respectively. So far 273782 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 647.00 on 15-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 128.10 on 31-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 596.15 and Rs. 572.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 122036.23 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.90% and 17.26% respectively.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Patel Engineering. The objective of the MoU is to co-operate and create an enabling framework for achieving synergies in the areas concerning Hydro and other infrastructure Projects and as when opportunities arise in India and Overseas.

Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc.
