Below the Quote on Rupee by Jateen Trivedi, VP Research Analyst - Commodity and Currency, LKP Securities
"The rupee traded weak, depreciating by 0.25 paise to close at 86.51, as multiple factors weighed on its performance. Persistent FII outflows continued to drain capital from Indian markets, while a rise in the dollar index added further pressure on the domestic currency. Additionally, crude oil volatility exacerbated the weakness, keeping the rupee under strain.
With these ongoing challenges, the rupee’s movement remains vulnerable, and market participants will closely monitor global economic developments and domestic policy cues for direction. rupee range is seen 86.25-86.75"
