“Gold remains sensitive to the US Federal Reserve Policy, real interest rates and US Dollar strength. Supportive signals flashes from Central Bank demand, investment flows and geopolitical developments. Lower real yields and a weaker dollar may support recovery. Conversely it could lead to forced liquidation and prolonged weakness. Comex levels at $4018 has few critical support seen at $3981 and $3955 which eventually becomes a BUY area. Strong resistance remains at $4042 and $4077. This zone is an important area for evaluating potential recovery. Gold is testing a critical area around $4000. At present at Rs.142500 it appears to be on an upside move to Rs.145000 or close to 2%. The point of reversal is Rs.142000 breaking which we could witness Rs.140700 level. Whether it’s the upcoming festive season demand pick up or not, the technical buy signals are flashing loud and clear. It’s giving a great opportunity to accumulate at $4000 or Rs.140000 levels wherein we expect support to Gold and floor or recovery from then on. These levels could certainly encourage buying during the festive period. Silver too gets a floor near about Rs.192000 or $54. Silver is in a choppy zone or no-trade zone at $52.50 to $55.75. It’s in a free fall, but the primary risk is in shorting into extreme oversold conditions. Trend beyond $55.75 could see a climb to $58 or 5% upside. Silver is facing near-term turbulence as central banks maintain the monetary policy pressure. However, with expanding artificial intelligence infrastructure demand and persistent structural supply deficits, going into 2nd half of the year 2027, Silver has the potential to reach $75-$80 levels. Silver weakness continues targeting Rs.192500 on a sell opportunity at Rs.195500. Stoploss reversal being Rs.198000 level.”
