"Bank Nifty closed on a positive note, forming a bullish candlestick pattern above the crucial support zone of 56,000. The index also reclaimed its 100-DMA on the daily chart, indicating improving near-term momentum. On the hourly chart, the formation of a positive divergence further suggests the possibility of recovery after the recent downside momentum. Going ahead, the 55,900–56,000 zone will act as an important support area. On the upside, the index is likely to face resistance near the 57,000 level."
