The overall enthusiasm around AI and its usefulness is indeed infectious. While it is heartening to know that 51% of respondents think AI will improve their productivity, this would evolve as more and more use case are implemented. This will create a lot of data points which can then be consumed by AI algorithms to be fine-tuned and achieve sharper and effective results. From a people's perspective, upskilling and customer centric approach will add efficiency and productivity.
