Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 237.00, up by 17.40 points or 7.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 219.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 231.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 241.55 and Rs. 231.20 respectively. So far 24751 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 565.00 on 03-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 205.05 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 241.55 and Rs. 205.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5596.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.12% and 6.88% respectively.

Realty firm KVN Property Holdings LLP has tied up with Puravankara to jointly develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. The project has a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 3,300 crore. The project has a potential saleable area of about 3.48 million (34.8 lakh) sq ft. The project is slated for launch within the next six months.
