Prostarm Info Systems zooms on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Prostarm Info Systems is currently trading at Rs. 217.20, up by 14.10 points or 6.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 203.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 203.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 221.25 and Rs. 200.85 respectively. So far 243223 shares were traded on the counter.

Prostarm Info Systems has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company namely ‘PROSTARM KARNATAKA BESS’ on September 09, 2025 a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for setting up of 150 MW/ 300 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in the 400kV Doni Substation (at 220kV Voltage level) under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mode and on Build Own Operate Basis. The WOS will carry its business in the field of battery energy storage system.
Prostarm Info Systems is engaged in designing, manufacturing, assembling, sale, service and supply of Energy Storage Equipment and Power Conditioning Equipment (Power Solution Products) in India.
