Pricol rises on inking MoU with BOE Varitronix

Pricol is currently trading at Rs. 539.15, up by 5.35 points or 1.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 533.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 538.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 539.35 and Rs. 534.85 respectively. So far 920 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 598.85 on 19-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 381.50 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 555.55 and Rs. 527.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6534.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.51%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.57% and 29.93% respectively.

Pricol has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BOE Varitronix (BOE), on September 30, 2025. The objective of this MOU is to establish an exclusive collaboration between BOE and Pricol for localization of the Optical Bonding of LCD/ TFT display in India for 2-wheeler, three-wheeler, commercial and Off-Road Vehicles.

BOE is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions in the field of display technology and optical bonding.

Pricol is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of Instrument clusters and other allied automobile components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and replacement markets.
