Prestige Estates rises on selling over 1,700 units of 'Prestige Golden Grove' in Hyderabad
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1415.85, up by 42.40 points or 3.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 1373.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1375.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1416.75 and Rs. 1375.00 respectively. So far 11700 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1812.40 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1090.45 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1416.75 and Rs. 1314.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 60737.27 crore.

Prestige Estates Projects has sold over 1,700 units of its recently launched residential project, Prestige Golden Grove, in Hyderabad, translating to a total sales value exceeding Rs 2,500 crore. The project, one of the largest single-phase developments in Hyderabad, witnessed over 4,000 customer footfalls, among the highest seen for a residential launch in the city, highlighting significant market interest.
Strategically located in Tellapur, Prestige Golden Grove is a large-scale residential development spread across about 29 acres, comprising around 5,120 units across 10 towers, with a total estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 9,500 crore. The project has been conceptualised to offer a blend of modern living, quality construction, and lifestyle amenities aligned with evolving customer preferences.
